{"id":22560,"date":"2020-11-12T16:06:07","date_gmt":"2020-11-12T14:06:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.puertolumbreras.es\/ayuntamiento\/?p=22560"},"modified":"2020-11-12T16:06:07","modified_gmt":"2020-11-12T14:06:07","slug":"el-ayuntamiento-abona-las-ayudas-extraordinarias-covid-19-a-familias-comercios-autonomos-y-empresas-lumbrerenses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.puertolumbreras.es\/ayuntamiento\/2020\/11\/12\/el-ayuntamiento-abona-las-ayudas-extraordinarias-covid-19-a-familias-comercios-autonomos-y-empresas-lumbrerenses\/","title":{"rendered":"El Ayuntamiento abona las ayudas extraordinarias COVID-19 a familias, comercios, aut\u00f3nomos y empresas lumbrerenses"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Se <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">concede el 75 por ciento de las solicitudes, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">mientras el resto no cumpl\u00edan los requisitos o no han aportado la documentaci\u00f3n requerida<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><u><b>Jueves 12 de noviembre<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><u><b> de 2020.<\/b><\/u><\/span><b> <\/b><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La Concejal\u00eda de Hacienda del Ayuntamiento de Puerto Lumbreras ha <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">efectuado el abono de las<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> ayudas <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">enmarcadas en la convocatoria de ayudas<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> sociales extraordinarias COVID-19, destinadas a paliar los efectos de la pandemia sobre familias, comercios, aut\u00f3nomos y empresas lumbrerenses. \u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Se han concedido el 75 por ciento de las solicitudes recibidas, mientras el resto no cumpl\u00edan los requisitos o no han aportado la documentaci\u00f3n requerida. Estas ayudas proceden del<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> fondo municipal <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">otado con 135.500 euros, con el <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">que ayudamos a que la carga<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> econ\u00f3mica de familias y comercios <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">que tuvieron que cerrar durante el Estado de Alarma <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">no se agrave,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> a la vez que ayudamos <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">a<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">l mantenimiento del empleo y a<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> la reactivaci\u00f3n social y econ\u00f3mica de nuestro municipio\u201d, se\u00f1ala la concejal de Hacienda; Raquel Rodr\u00edguez.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Tras la puesta en marcha de la convocatoria de ayudas municipales, se presentaron un total de 1<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">62<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> solicitudes de <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">ayuda por parte <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">aut\u00f3nomos y pymes del municipio. Una vez que las mismas fueron recepcionadas, se revis\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n aportada, y desde el Ayuntamiento se <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">realiz\u00f3<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> varios requerimientos a los solicitantes, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">notific\u00e1ndolo <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">tanto por <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">escrito como por <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">En la convocatoria se establec\u00edan<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> 7 tipos de ayudas. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Entre ellas la subvenci\u00f3n del<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> importe de un trimestre de <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">la <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">tasa de ocupaci\u00f3n v\u00eda publica por mercado semanal, el importe anual de la tasa ocupaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica de mesas y sillas durante 2020, y un trimestre en los recibos de agua y basura para toda actividad econ\u00f3mica cerrada durante estado de alarma. Tambi\u00e9n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">la subvenci\u00f3n del<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> el IBI por importe proporcional al periodo de cierre durante el estado de alarma para los inmuebles destinados a una actividad econ\u00f3mica y que mant<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">uvieran<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> el 75% de su plantilla de personal, el Impuesto de Actividades Econ\u00f3micas (IAE) por importe de un 25% sobre la cuota municipal para aquellas empresas cerradas durante el estado de alarma y <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">manteniendo<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> el 75% de su plantilla de personal. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Adem\u00e1s<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> se reflejan ayudas destinadas para los titulares de un negocio o empresa en r\u00e9gimen de alquiler de locales destinados a una actividad econ\u00f3mica y que permanezcan en actividad al menos 6 meses desde la finalizaci\u00f3n del estado de alarma, por importe m\u00e1ximo de 150\u20ac\/local, as\u00ed como subvenciones por compensaci\u00f3n de locales de negocio cerrados durante el estado de alarma ubicados en el vivero de empresas municipal. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 848px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-22560-1\" width=\"848\" height=\"480\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.puertolumbreras.es\/ayuntamiento\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/WhatsApp-Video-2020-11-12-at-14.38.46.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.puertolumbreras.es\/ayuntamiento\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/WhatsApp-Video-2020-11-12-at-14.38.46.mp4\">https:\/\/www.puertolumbreras.es\/ayuntamiento\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/WhatsApp-Video-2020-11-12-at-14.38.46.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se concede el 75 por ciento de las solicitudes, mientras el resto no cumpl\u00edan los requisitos o no han aportado la documentaci\u00f3n requerida Jueves 12 de noviembre de 2020.
